Details/Specifics of Change:    The purpose of the maintenance window is to perform tests on the 11m terminal antenna control system to verify its status and potentially return it to nominal service. The WAN link will not be taken offline intentionally; however there is always a risk of an outage. DMSP Planners should consider moving Fine data to other sites or chase data as needed.
