Update #2: OSPO PDA Support Status.
1) NCEP_NIC has 5 subs for MSG3 products and support staff will create 5 MSG4 equivalent subscriptions and activate them.
2) All of the other consumers have ACTIVE subs for both MSG3 and MSG4 products.
3) 14 MSG4 subscriptions for ESPC_SAB were found to be inactive; have been activated and approved.
4) PDA appears to be processing the Met-11 MSG4 data successfully.
Update #1: EUMETSAT has switched to Meteosat-11 (MSG4) for operations. NOAA ingest and PDA dissemination are switching in response.

Details/Specifics of Change: EUMETSAT is reporting a spacecraft anomaly on Met-10. Data from MET-10 is unavailable until further notice. Investigation is ongoing.
Update from EUMETSAT, 1730Z: Service interrupted. MET-11 operates in Full Earth Scan mode for service continuity and MET-11 data is disseminated instead.
