Phase 2: VLAN 3: The scheduled ESPC network maintenance work will potentially impact all legacy ESPC Web products up to 5 minutes and will result in delayed product processing during the network maintenance window. When connectivity is restored most systems will process the backlog in addition to their current products. Web links to be impacted are www.ospo.noaa.gov and www.ssd.noaa.gov.

Details/Specifics of Change: Environmental Satellite Processing Center (ESPC) will be performing required Network maintenance on Feb 18th, 2025 , between 1600 - 1700 UTC. The nature of this work may cause intermittent connectivity issues for NCEP/Internet customers. Access to all ESPC products within the DMZ Public ZONE (VLAN 3) during the Network maintenance window will not be available during the cutover and decommissioning of obsolete devices. An extended outage for this maintenance is not expected, however drops in connectivity may occur during this time.
This maintenance will NOT be done on a Critical Weather Day, nor if there are other significant operational issues warranting postponement.
