Details/Specifics: ESPC reported that the GOES-East EMWIN messaging, DCS and HRIT mesoscale imagery stopped between 1930Z and 1939Z due to an unexpected GOES ground antenna problem. The GOES-East mesoscale imagery was out for one cycle on the broadcast, but then resumed on the following cycle.
