REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was about 9 NM long by 1.2 NM wide at its widest point and contrasted very well with its background. Additionally, possible feathering was noted and the anomaly originated from a known repeat leak source. Winds were out of the E at 10 KT at the time of the imagery. Given the above factors we have HIGH confidence in this assessment.
