REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly measured 6.30 NM in length and 0.35 NM in width. Winds were 5-10 kts out of the East.

Confidence that the anomaly seen was oil is medium-high. The anomaly had moderate contrast with the surrounding area and widened with distance from the source. The anomaly appears to have originated from a nearby oil facility.

UNCERTAINTIES:
The anomaly could be some other type of discharge from the facility that is not crude oil.
