CONFIDENCE: High
REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly extended approximately 1.42 nmi to the east from the site of the sunken Cudahy shipwreck, a known repeat oil leak source, and was up to 0.07 nmi in width. It appeared dark in color and stood out well against the ocean background and was removed from natural phenomena. Measured winds at the time of image were 10-15 kts and from the NW, aligning well with the orientation of the anomaly. Confidence was determined to be high given that the sunken Cudahy shipwreck is a known as a repeat leak source.
