REMARKS: *PLEASE NOTE THIS IMAGE IS MORE THAN 24 HRS. OLD* Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was located approximately 49.61 nm NNE of Stuart, Florida and about 1.60 nm outside the EEZ. It was approximately 16.39 nm in length and 0.61 nm in width. The dark, comb-like anomaly had moderate contrast against its surroundings. It exhibited feathering throughout its entirety. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the WNW between 1-5 kts.



UNCERTAINTIES: There was no visible point source within the vicinity. Also, the full extent of the anomaly was unknown due to cloud coverage.
