REMARKS: Possible, unconfirmed oil was observed in satellite imagery.  The possible oil appeared to emanate from an oil facility in the Green Canyon area approximately 125 nm off the Louisiana coast. The anomaly was distinguishable from other natural phenomena in the area, and measured 1 nm long and .1 nm at its widest point. Winds were SE 8 kts.
