REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly appeared to be originating from an oil platform. It was approximately measured 3.18 nm in length and 0.60 nm wide as its widest width distance. The anomaly had a good contrast against the ocean background. The winds near the time of the image were out of the N at 13 knots which aligns well with the orientation of the anomaly.
