REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The slick was believed to be emanating from an oil facility. It was approximately 0.63 nm long and approx. 0.06 nm at its widest. The slick had moderate contrast and was distinguishable from natural phenomena/seeps in the vicinity. It also had a white/shimmery center which indicated relatively thicker oil. Winds near the time of the image were coming from the E at 11 kts which aligned well with the orientation of the anomaly.
