REMARKS: Possible oil was observed in satellite imagery. This anomaly is unconfirmed as oil. The anomaly was approximately 3.2 NM long and 1 NM across at its widest, located in the South Pass area and Garden Island Bay. The anomaly was possibly related to NRC Hotline 10964, an ongoing wellhead leak identified as the point source in this report. Winds were from SE at 10 kn.

UNCERTAINTIES: The anomaly was not clearly distinguishable from natural phenomena and false positives prevalent in the area, but due to the hotline and ongoing response efforts, the confidence level was raised to Med-High in favor of reporting and the extent was conservatively estimated.
